Jordan is a second-year MBA student at the Yale School of Management. Prior to SOM, she worked at Deloitte Consulting in Chicago and New York City. While at Deloitte, she consulted for global CPG companies on their Human Capital strategy, including org design, change management, HR processes and HR Information System implementations.

This summer, Jordan worked at Wayfair, a large homegoods e-commerce company based in Boston. While there she interned in the Merchandising function, focusing on improving the customer experience by understanding competitors, customer needs, and how to improve Wayfair's website experience. She is planning on returning to Deloitte Consulting after graduating from SOM in 2020 in the Customer & Marketing Consulting group.

Jordan is excited to serve as one of the Greenlight Co-Leads for the 2019-2020 school year where she can combine her workshop facilitation and marketing expertise with her passion for environmental sustainability. At SOM, Jordan is also a lead in the Global Social Enterprise club and a Career Advisor.
